This website, and the associated Instagram Account, were created to explore and openly discuss the obstacles we may face as Leaders. Encountering challenging situations in a Leadership role is not unique to one branch or rank. We all face situations that we have not experienced before and I hope, through this page, we can solve issues and learn how to deal with problems as they arise. I, @TheLeadersHuddle, am not the one-stop-shop for knowledge and resources. For this reason, the website will feature blog posts from Leaders who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Through collective knowledge, we can all improve and become the best Leaders possible.
